At the July 25 Burnaby City Council meeting, council approved the rezoning of parcels 34 & 35, which have been merged into a single lot and is the site of the future Arbour development.
The Arbour site is located in the Slopes neighbourhood, immediately east of Oslo and south of Fraser and the new park.
Arbour is being developed by InterGulf, and construction is expected to begin in late fall. The sales centre is expected to open soon.
